Mobile application development — United Kingdom
We develop mobile products for customers and teams with a practical launch and support plan.

What we do when building an app.
An app is an expensive tool, so every feature must earn its keep.
We find out if an app is needed
Sometimes a good mobile site solves the task — it's faster and cheaper. We say honestly when an app is justified and when it isn't yet.
We build the first version fast
We pick the essential features you can't do without and launch a working version. The rest we add when real users ask for it.
We build customer apps
Service booking, product ordering, a catalog, a loyalty program, promo notifications — everything that keeps a customer and brings them back.
We build marketplace apps
Listings, sellers, buyers, messaging and moderation. We built our own marketplace app and know these tasks from the inside.
We build operational apps
Apps for operators, couriers and administrators: taking orders, changing statuses, a customer base — work happens from the phone.
We connect it to the site and control center
The app runs in one system with the site, the CRM and the control center: shared customers, orders and the company knowledge base.
What you get in hand.
Not an “app for the app's sake”, but a working channel for sales and management.
An app for your customers
- An app for iOS and Android, published in the app stores.
- Your business's core features: booking, ordering, catalog, loyalty.
- Notifications that bring customers back: promos, statuses, reminders.
- A clear interface — the customer figures it out without instructions.
Management and growth
- An admin panel: products, services, prices, orders and customers in one place.
- Linked to the site and control center — a single order database.
- A growth plan: which features to add after the first version.
- Support and updates after launch.
How the work goes.
From idea to an app in the stores — in stages, with actions approved at every step.
We break down the task: who the users are, what they'll do in the app and why a site isn't enough. We say honestly whether an app is justified and estimate the scope of the first version.
We draw the future app's screens — you see and “click through” it before development begins. We agree the first version's features.
We build the app and admin panel, connect payment (Stripe, ERIP/E-POS), notifications and links to the site and CRM. We show working builds as we go.
We publish the app in the stores and help with the first users. Then we grow it per plan: new features driven by real customers' feedback.
Why build your app with AI PILOT.
We won't “try to make an app” — we've already built our own marketplace with a mobile app and we run it.
Usually ordered together with an app.
Tell us the idea — we'll estimate the first version.
A short talk about the task and users, an honest answer on whether an app is needed and a clear scope estimate for the first version. If an app isn't needed, we'll suggest a cheaper solution.
Frequently asked questions
Do you make apps for both iPhone and Android?
Yes, the app works on both iOS and Android — we build it so both versions evolve together and you don't pay for two separate developments. It looks and works equally well on both platforms.
How much does the first app version cost?
Honest answer: it depends on the features. A booking app and a marketplace app are different budgets. So we start with a short analysis: we break down the task, define the first version's features and give a concrete figure. The analysis takes a few days and commits you to nothing.
How long does development take?
A first working version with the core features usually takes 2–4 months, including prototype, development and publishing. Large marketplace-level projects take longer, but even there we launch a basic version earlier so you start getting value while the rest is built.
Who publishes the app in the app stores?
We do. We prepare the descriptions, images and all materials, pass store review and handle issues if reviewers send the app back. The app is published in your account — it belongs to you, not us.
What about support after launch?
An app is a living product: new phone versions come out, user requests appear. We support and update the app, watch its stability and grow features per plan. You choose the support format: monthly maintenance or work as tasks arise.
